Producers Bank held various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities as part of its eighteenth (18th) anniversary celebration last November 27, 2013.
Unlike in the previous years, Producers Bank did not hold its lavish Anniversary and Christmas celebration but instead donated the supposed budget to the victims of the super typhoon Yolanda. The officers and staff of Producers Bank believed that the anniversary and Christmas celebration would be more meaningful if shared rather than spent partying.
In addition, Producers Bank held its usual CSR activities such as the following:
Save a Life Campaign: A Bloodletting Letting Activity was also held last December 14, 2013 at Producers Bank – Head Office, Maharlika Hi-way, Brgy. H. Concepcion, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. The said activity was done in cooperation with the Red Cross – Nueva Ecija Chapter wherein a number of bags of blood were collected.
Caring for the Children is also a gift giving activity for sick children. Producers Bank visited the pediatric charity ward of Dr. PJG Memorial Research and Medical Center in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and gave cash gifts to the sick children last December 23, 2013.
Caring for the Aged is a gift giving activity for the elderly members of the communities that Producers Bank serve. Ten (10) elders per branch were given Christmas grocery packages by selected Producers Bank branches.
