Producers Bank welcomed four (4) new officers for the first (1st) quarter of 2022 namely; Atty. Margarita Maria A. Nacpil – Vice President, Head of Legal Department and Assistant Corporate Secretary, Mr. Dwight T. Leyco – Vice President and Head of Business Development Group, Mr. Alain N. Dimaunahan – Vice President, Regional Head for CALABAZON, and Mr. Paul B. Tuazon – Vice President, Regional Head for NCR.
Atty. Margarita Maria A. Nacpil, Vice President, Head of Legal Department and Assistant Corporate Secretary
Atty. Nacpil was formerly Vice President and Assistant Corporate Secretary of United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) for sixteen (16) years. Her work experience in legal services and corporate management has spanned from private sector and government corporations and agencies including banking,
strategic planning, legal and policy analysis, project management, networking and communication.
Atty. Nacpil earned her law degree from the University of the Philippines (UP) in Diliman, where she also finished her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and
Restaurant Administration degree. She also holds a Masters in Management, Security and Development Administration from the Philippine Christian University (PCU).
Mr. Dwight T. Leyco, Vice President and Head of Business Development Group
Mr. Leyco handled branch operations covering branches in Metro Manila as Vice President and Area Head in Philippine National Bank (PNB). He was also in charge of business development, retail and branch banking. Moreover, he was involved in treasury operations when he worked for Export and Industry Bank as Assistant Manager.
Mr. Leyco graduated from the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA) with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting in 1985.
Mr. Alain N. Dimaunahan, Vice President and Regional Head for CALABAZON
Before joining Producers Bank, Mr. Dimaunahan was the Area Head and Assistant Vice President for the Philippine National Bank (PNB). In his twenty eight (28) years in the banking industry, he was able to expand his expertise in leading corporate development efforts, operational strategies and improvement initiatives to expand market share and achieve defined goals for the company.
Mr. Dimaunahan finished Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Administration at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST).
Mr. Paul B. Tuazon, Vice President and Regional Head for NCR
Mr. Tuazon has had several years of experience in branch area development. Mr. Tuazon was formerly the Branch Banking Group Head at Malayan Bank Savings and Mortgage Bank, where he was in charge of planning, organizing and implementing business strategies for the Bank’s domestic branches to maximize deposits, improve branch profitability, and develop customer service efficiency.
Mr. Tuazon graduated from San Beda College where he earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting.
