It is strategically located at the heart of Central Luzon, making it one of the main agricultural processing centers of the region with rice and sugar as its main product. Moreover, San Fernando becomes a hub for the manufacturing of hand-made parols during the Christmas season, which are distinguished by their elaborate designs and bright lights, highlighting the lanterns’ brilliant hues.
