30 Years of Producers Bank

Thirty years ago, Producers Bank began with a simple yet powerful vision: to serve the people who till the soil, nurture the land, and sustain our communities.

A bank that would give farmers and entrepreneurs essential access to financial services. Today, Producers Bank has grown — one harvest, one loan, one relationship at a time — to become one of the leading savings banks in the country. In terms of branch network, we proudly stand as the number one (1) stand-alone savings bank in the Philippines.

What started as a handful of people sharing a mission has expanded into a network of 300 branches nationwide, serving a rapidly growing client base and managing a portfolio that continues to expand not just in size, but in profound social and economic impact.

Producers Bank’s milestones tell a story of growth rooted in trust, discipline, and shared purpose. For Producers Bank, success is not measured solely by numbers and assets. It is measured by the farmers who have transformed their dreams into thriving agribusinesses, the families who sent their children to school, and the small entrepreneurs who found the courage to build something new.

Producers Bank’s resilience and adaptability have positioned the institution for sustained growth, a trajectory clearly reflected in its 2025 financial performance.

The Bank’s net income climbed to ₱1.54 billion, marking an 18.13% increase (equivalent to ₱236 million) over the ₱1.3 billion recorded in 2024. This upward momentum was mirrored in deposit generation, which rose to ₱29.82 billion — a testament to deepening customer trust and the Bank’s strong reputation within the communities it serves.

Concurrently, the loan portfolio surged to ₱30.64 billion, underscoring robust lending operations that continue to empower local businesses, individuals, and the broader economy.

These outstanding milestones are the direct result of a unified and dedicated organization. I would like to extend my sincere commendation to the entire team across all operational levels for an exceptional 2025.

As we mark this 30-year milestone in our 2025 Annual Report, we look back with deep gratitude and look forward with fierce determination. Let us carry this legacy onward — grounded in our values, open to change, and united by purpose.
