Chairman
GILDA E. PICO, 75
Chairman (Director, since September 2016)
Mrs. Pico was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Land Bank of the Philippines from November 2006 to July 2016. She served Land Bank for 35 years and was the Bank President for 10 years. She was the first woman President and Chief Executive Officer of Land Bank and the first Landbanker in career position to be appointed as head of the institution. Mrs. Gilda E. Pico is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her degree, Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting at the College of the Holy Spirit, Manila (Magna Cum Laude). She earned her MBA at the University of the East.

SANDRA C. MENDOZA, 46

Ms. Mendoza is a graduate of the University of Asia and the Pacific where she earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Prior to her current position, she was the Head of Human Resources and Administration Group. She and her husband are also entrepreneur-restaurateurs operating several very successful restaurants.

ANDRES M. CORNEJO, 73
President and Chief Executive Officer (Director, since November 1995)
Mr. Cornejo is a highly successful, self-made businessman and entrepreneur from Nueva Ecija. Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur and banker, he worked for 16 years with the First Philippine Holdings Corporation (First Holdings) holding the positions of Comptroller, Treasurer and finally Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining First Holdings, he worked for 9 years with the local accounting firm, Carlos J. Valdez & Company CPAs. He is a graduate of the Philippine School of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. He has a Masters in Entrepreneurship degree from the Asian Institute of Management. Mr. Cornejo is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the Chairman of Cabiao General Hospital, Inc., Chairman of C & D Properties, Inc., and General Manager of C & D Pawnshop.

ANDREI D. CORNEJO, JR., 45

Mr. Cornejo is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Philippine School of Business Administration. He was President and General Manager of Iloilo City Development Bank prior to its merger with Producers Bank. He is now the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Producers Bank.

ADRIAN JEAN CLAUDE D. CORNEJO, 30
Vice President and Director (Director, since June 2017)
Mr. Cornejo is a Bachelor of Science in Management graduate at the Ateneo de Manila University. Mr. Cornejo first joined the Bank as Assistant Manager and Management Trainee under the Bank’s Management Training Program. He was assigned to different areas of bank operations to allow him to learn basic skills and principles involved in the management of the Bank. In July 2013, Mr. Cornejo was promoted to Manager and Branch Head of the Bank’s Main Branch. Two years after, in July 2015, he was promoted to Senior Manager rank and as Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Branch Head of the Main Branch on concurrent capacity. He was appointed Cluster Head for branches in the National Capital Region in November 2015, Assistant Vice President and Area Head in January 2017 and eventually, Vice President for Branch Banking Group 2. He is also the President of Cabiao General Hospital.
