About Oriental Mindoro

Oriental Mindoro’s economy is steadily growing, with agriculture as its backbone. The province is a major producer of palay (rice), calamansi, and other high-value crops — earning it the titles of the “Rice Granary of MIMAROPA” and “Calamansi King.” Tourism, led by destinations like Puerto Galera, also contributes to its economy, alongside SMEs in trade and agri-business that strengthen local employment and economic resilience.

Expanding Producers Bank’s Reach in Oriental Mindoro

Upon merger implementation, Producers Bank will have a total of three hundred fifteen (315) branches nationwide. Ten (10) of these will be located in Oriental Mindoro, namely: Calapan (2 branches), Bansud, Naujan, Pola, Socorro, Victoria, Roxas, Pinamalayan, and Gloria.

To date, Producers Bank has a network of three hundred two (302) operating branches all over the country, with twelve (12) more branches set to open this year.
