Producers Bank opens its one hundred fiftieth (150th) branch in Toril, Davao City, Davao Del Sur on November 14, 2017. The branch office is located in Grandma Building, Bayabas, Toril District, Davao City. It is open for business from Monday to Saturday except holidays from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
Mr. Andres M. Cornejo, President & CEO of Producers Bank, is pleased to announce that Toril Branch will be manned by hardworking officers and staff headed by Andrei D. Cornejo, Jr. – SEVP & COO together with Aileen R. Daddih – Branch Operations Officer, Victoria Grace E. Del Prado – Cashier, Marjorie J. Hangad – Accountant and Jon Marvin P. Respuesto – Teller.
Producers Bank – Toril Branch is the third (3rd) branch in the city of Davao in addition to Bajada and Ecoland branches. Toril is located at the third (3rd) district of Davao City with a population of 125,978 people as of 2010 census. It is subdivided into twenty five (25) barangays.
Davao City is the center of Metro Davao and serves as the main trade, commerce, and industry hub of Mindanao and the regional center of Davao Region. It is divided into three (3) congressional districts, which are subdivided into eleven (11) administrative districts with a total of one hundred eighty two (182) barangays.
The opening of Producers Bank in Toril, Davao City is in line with the Bank’s plan of establishing a branch network of three hundred (300) branches all over the country by the year 2020.

On the other hand, Mr. Cornejo is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Gilda E. Pico as Chairman of Producers Bank effective 05 October 2017. With Ms. Pico’s appointment. Mr. Cornejo is now the President and Chief Exceutive Officer of the Bank.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. Pico is a Director and Management Consultant in Producers Bank. She was was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of the Land Bank of the Philippines for the last ten (10) years. She served Land Bank for thirty five (35) years, starting as Assistant Vice President in 1981 and rising through the ranks handling various positions, until she was appointed President in 2006. She is distinguished as the first (1st) lady President and CEO of the state-run bank, and also the first (1st) homegrown Land Banker in a career position to become Land Bank’s top executive.
Ms. Pico is a recipient of various awards, most notable of which are the 2015 Banking CEO of the Year – Asia awarded by the International Banker Banking Awards, Outstanding CEO Award by the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific, and Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award given by the World Congress, among others.
Ms. Pico is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of the East. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, magna cum laude, from the College of the Holy Spirit.
