Producers Bank opens Jaen Branch in Nueva Ecija last March 12, 2013. The branch office is located at Parumog Bldg., Brgy. GE San Antonio, Poblacion, Jaen, Nueva Ecija. Producers Bank – Jaen Branch is open for business from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays except on holidays.

Medrano, Producers Bank Vice Chairman, Pres. & COO, is pleased to announce that Producers Bank – Jaen Branch will be manned by competent officers and staff, headed by an experienced banker, Mr. Fidel M. Reyes as its Area Head together with Ms. Josefina M. Nieves as the Manager, Ms. Liza P. Paguibitan as the Deputy Controller, Ms. Evangeline S. Cruz as the Cashier, Ms. Aiko F. Reyes as the Marketing Asst. and Ms. Sheila Marie C. Jacinto as the Customer Service Associate.

Jaen is a first class municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija with twenty seven (27) barangays. The municipality is situated in the in the southern part of Nueva Ecija. It is about 100 kilometers north of Manila. The municipality of Sta. Rosa bounds Jaen on the northeast, Zaragoza on the northwest, by San Isidro on the south, by San Leonardo on the east and by San Antonio on the west.

Rice production is the major source of living of the populace. Twenty (20) barangays of Jaen are wholly irrigated. Majority of the land is apt for rice production; this covers an area of a little less than 9,500 hectares.  Mango plantations are also found in some parts of the municipality covering around 584 hectares including backyard mango farms. Meanwhile, about ten percent (10%) of the total agricultural area is devoted for vegetable planting.

Jaen has a boosting local economy with business establishments mostly found in the Poblacion and nearby barangays. Businesses in the locality include agricultural supply traders, dry goods stores, hard wares, groceries and eateries. There are also service related businesses such as  pawnshops, auto and motorcycle supplies, parts and services, computer repairs shop, internet café, some tailoring and dress shops, distilled and purified water processors, mobile phone card dealers, cable and landline telephone businesses and rural banks.

Jaen also boasts of its professional services of doctors, accountants, dentists, lawyers and engineers who are prevalent in the town. Private contractors and the local government unit (LGU) provide employment such as doing manual jobs like construction workers, among others.

The opening of  Producers Bank – Jaen Branch makes the total number of Producers Bank branches to sixteen (16) in Nueva Ecija. The other branches are in Bongabon, Cabanatuan (with two branches: North and South), Cabiao, Carranglan, Gapan, Guimba, Llanera, Lupao, Munoz, Rizal, San Jose, Sta. Rosa, Talavera and Zaragoza.
